No parts of this Agreement may be modified without written consent from both parties.   e. Court actions will be brought in San Juan , Puerto Rico, in any court having competent jurisdiction in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico .  The parties hereby irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the State and Federal courts in San Juan , Puerto Rico .
